Thank you for maintaining this amazing website. This is really helpful.

One small suggestion. Could you please include cases with " Case Closed Benefit Received By Other Means" status  to either Rejected or Approved. Right now I believe this falls under "Other"  and is still being treated as an in progress cases. I understand that it is technically not a Rejection, but that is the best category I could think of.
