If you didn't see your case logged in the system, here is the way how you can add it.

First, log in and go to your profile page:

Then, "Add A Case"

This will add the case to your profile page and be tracked by the system as well.

I added my case maybe a week ago, but Insights keep saying "500 Error". Is this normal? Thanks!

The issue should be fixed now. Please check it again.

Thanks! I can see the case in Insights now. But Timeline only shows the last status,  and Range pie chart only show my case status.

This is because there is no historical data captured in the system.
And for the range, let me try to crawl the cases within it.
