Does anybody know if there would be a considerable processing time difference comparing SC and LB? My attorney told me that for the h4 ead application, the uscis's address for the California Center is a P.O box. And I assume that means LB? I saw many people get their cases approved within three months, and any new approved cases of H4 EAD in the California Center? My case number is WAC 239000***. RD:10.19.2022
