The numbers dont add up and my cases shows as the only one remaining in transferred group.

I tried it with my case and it works properly.

Hi Kevin,

That's 2 different counters.

The pie chart is counted by the range key of the case.

And the tables below are counted by the case number prior to your case and after your case.

But a lot of the transferred cases in the chart below disappeared. Previously it was around 50. Does that mean Im the only one left? Seems highly unlikely

Checked and found there was a data issue. Fixed and now it shows 8 cases remaining in Transferred status within this range.
