A thought for some additional analysis on the ioe-09 cases. 

Would it be possible to add a histogram which is based on #days under processing, and can then be filtered by "batches" or narrowing down with more digits in the case number. Of course, only cases with some outcome/feedback should be included.

Aim is to give a reasonable time range for a group based on similar cases. This could even enable confidence intervals, etc (some true statistical analyzes).

I suppose other categories (filters) could be added, e.g. all petition types, and all statuses, but might be a lot of data for a start.

I'd be happy to give it a go if there's a source for the data...
