Hi everyone, My timeline went back to accepted fingerprint fee from fingerprint fee applied today. Has anyone had the same experience? This is very unusual, right?

I rolled out a change yesterday to capture more detailed information on a case timeline.

What is the source of the detailed data, Jin? Please explain more

So what does that actually say about my case? it went backwards instead of capturing more data...Also my I131 was approved recently and that update disappeared too.

Where are you pulling the data from, which has all information, including the case office assigned and stuff?

Jin, I have the same issue as Suzy.  The status description is a bit more detailed but it went back one step, from fingerprinted to received fingerprint fee. However, the horizontal line graph still shows fingerprinted, so that's good. Is it possible that we may need another update to capture back the current statuses on the vertical line?
