I have a question regarding DOF.
my PD - Apr, 2012. I submitted AOS on Nov, 2022 while the dates were current based on FAD. But in Dec 2022 bulletin the dates retrogressed to Oct, 2011 for EB2 FAD.
I am still current based on DOF. Does it mean visa is still available for my PD?

Please help me to understand this.

Green Card only be approved based on the date of final action.
