I am in "case was reopened" status and was trying to get a sense of how long it takes to move out of the status. There are very few apps in this status so there are nodes with just 1 apps. But the average time from root to leaf node doesnt get updated in my case. 

It's updated on a daily basis. Usually, the data is refreshed around 10 AM PST.

Thanks - I was looking  at specific “case was reopened to case was reopened” root to leaf relationship for 485 LIN LB. There are only four cases one of which is me but the average days between root to leaf is not changing as it should. Trying yo understand how real is that average number- thanks for any guidance you can provide.  

Hi Jin, sorry to trouble you again. Can you take a look at status explorer when you get a chance?

I am looking at specific combination of I485 - Case was reopened - LIN_LB and this tree had same average days count for all nodes including case was reopened -> case was reopened which hasnt had any change in average days count in few weeks.

That could be because there was no update to those cases in the past few weeks.
