Why don't 'quick view' statistics don't match other tracking sites?

Thanks for making this website. I am tracking a IOE937XXXXXXX case. I was looking at numbers for 'I-765 Snapshot History' for IOE cases here and I seem to see hundreds to thousands of approvals per day, but on a site like https://opttimeline.com/IOE?CASE_TY=EAD I only see <100  per day for the past week except yesterday.
When I go into 'Insights' on this site and enter my case number I also see a much smaller number of cases approved during the week but it doesn't match exactly.
Do you know why this would be?

it depends on how many applications are tracked in the backend.
if you check this page: https://hilites.today/dashboard/IOE/I-765
Almost 1.1M I-765 applications with IOE are tracked by hilites.today

And on the Insights page, only summarizes the statistics of the neighbor applications. There is a detail explanation on the page.

Hope this can answer your concerns.

Hmm ok even if I visit the page you give it still doesn't seem the same. But perhaps the other site is consistently underestimating the number of approvals. Thanks anyways.

Could you please give more details on the issue you noticed? I'd like to check if anything is wrong and try to fix it.

Sure, please correct me if I'm wrong but the counts seem to be different for what I think are the same batch of cases, unless I'm misunderstanding.
Here is a screenshot of that other sites' IOE approvals tracker for the past few days:

Meanwhile here is a screenshot of the approvals from the IOE I-765 dashboard that you linked above, for the same date range:

As I said previously, it depends on how many cases are tracked in the system.
If the other tool tracks fewer cases, the numbers will be less. Make sense?

Yeah ok, perhaps it is the case that the other site is underestimating approvals.

@Qiao Su, where do you get this data? Is it an app? Thank you!

It is from the site which tracks fewer cases than this one: https://opttimeline.com/IOE?CASE_TY=EAD
I did notice that a lot of approvals reported here have a status "Card Was Produced". Maybe another reason for the discrepancy is that on that site, they only report the cases that are approved and this site is counting cases where the card is being printed.

To Qiao Su,

Here for the "Approved" count, the first time the case is changed from a non-approved status to approved status, it will be counted. and after that, the case won't be updated anymore.

As the crawler is running on a daily basis, there are chances that the first time seeing an Approved status is "Case Approved" or "Card Was Produced". But no matter what approved status was captured, it only counts once and after that, the case won't be updated in the system any more.
