Currently, to obtain recent update cases, I need to look at Insight, which shows only 5 recent cases that got updated. Also, in i-824, there are other statuses that indicates significant progress ...

It has been over 5 months we responded to the RFE and since then there is no change in the status. When called USCIS it was told that our file has been sent from the local field office back to NBC ...
