Hello everyone,
I'm an April 22 filer, and biomertics was on June 24, 2022. I did not have an interview, but my status shows "Interview Was Completed, And My Case Must Be Reviewed." After that update, there is no movement in the case. I also see that the processing of the MSC2290470XXX series is slow.
Any EB1-A application in this series?

Sep 17, 2022 - Case updated to "Your interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, was completed, and your case must be reviewed. We will mail you a notice if we make a decision or take further action." [My interview was waived]
I contacted live agents between the above and the below-mentioned date to see if my file was moving. They told me it got transferred to Newark FO (a far-off FO from where I live) on 09/19/2022 and reached back to NBC on 09/29/2022.
Nov 3, 2022 "New Card Is Being Produced" [That morning, I had chatted with a live agent through EMMA and requested expedite on I-485 based on 'of interest to USA' - This had to do with my research]
Some tips that I picked up to connect to live agents:
-----------------------------------------------------------
1. If you keep getting directed to a page on the USCIS website, keep asking EMMA for a live agent until she connects to one. If you would like to call, I suggest you do that at the start of their work day.
2. If you plan to get information through a live agent, try and ask specific questions like, in my case," was my case every transferred to a FO?"; "when was my case transferred to FO before it returned to NBC?", "I would like to expedite my case on the basis of------- ".
3. Do not hesitate to call/chat with USCIS representatives to request an expedite. In some cases, it may so happen that you would need to raise multiple requests. Before raising an expedited request, look up the categories mentioned on the website and choose the best that fits your situation. Again, it is random based on the representative we speak with.
4. The representatives who assist us are probably in different career timelines. Some of them are new to the job and would only have access to limited details of your case. If you see that you are getting responses like your case is progressing at a standard processing time etc., know that they don't mean to be uncooperative.
5. Keep connecting to a live chat till you speak with an agent who can look at your file more closely and tell you if there are any "notes" (ask about this, especially after the interview) on them.
I wish the best for all and hope you get approved soon.
Best!
