Hilites not being updated? No change in block dashboard in 10-15 days, no change in insights

I noticed that the I-140 and Hilites in general is not being updated. If you go to the dashboard section and look at case stats in last 10 days. it looks like there is no update. What is going on? Even insights is not working properly.

Currently, only I-485 cases can get updates due to capacity constraint.
