Hi
My I-485 and I-140 was filed concurrently.
I-140 got approved in March,2022 and I received EAD but I received RFE for I-485(related to medical).

Although, I submitted the response on 25th of Jun,22, the receipt status got updated on 12th of Aug,22 on USCIS site. 
Now on 20th Oct,22 status changed as 'Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken'.
Anyone having idea about what is the next step or how log generally it takes to get into approval status?

It indicates that your case is been processing. But no ones can guarantee when you would get the case approved.
I guess next you will see your case has been transferred to NBC.
Check the detailed description on USCIS status page, if there is any sentence like:

can u update the screenshot can't see, last 4month its showing  

Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints what does it mean, my case is NBC from starting onward
