I have noticed Insight is not updating case status as frequently as it used to. Is this temporary issue ro this is the new normal?

The USCIS may currently enforce a rate limit on their services, which could impede the crawler's ability to frequently capture the most up-to-date data.
Unfortunately, I have not yet found a solution to alleviate that issue.
