It looks like you won’t be able to fix it, right?

It sure feels that way... I think USCIS is doing it on purpose. I don’t think they really want people to know how much they are actually processing—or not processing

I see other similar websites working as always. USCI changed the API behaviour to make sure the websites having access to the updated data are paying for that access. So everyone not paying won’t be able to access it. I can give yo some websites that keep working properly. It’s sad because I really liked this website, but it looks like it’s gone for good. 

Use this site https://www.casestatusext.com/ and track my visa https://trackmyvisanow.com/.  It is possible to see progress on these sites.  On another note, it is not wise to post your receipt number on a public website, especially since this site has been abandoned. There is also www.visajourney.com, which is a great resource.
