Boa tarde! Como fico sabendo se meu caso realmente é um  premium process? Meu processo foi recebido desde o dia 25/05/2023, há exatos 20 dias.

Hello Jin, In the Query page, it's great that you allowed the option for downloading the data to a csv file, where there are 4 columns (Case Number", "Case Type", "Status", and "Last Action Date")...
