Do you guys know what effect of the fiscal year has on the petitions? Meaning, is it is FY2022, does it have a certain deadline to be approved because of the fiscal year it belongs to?

I never see any approved under IOE on the home page, only "RFE". How can we know which ones are getting approved?

I know LIN is Nebraska Service Center. However, when I use this website to track cases, it shows me Lin_SC and Lin_LB these two with different letters at the end. What do they represent? Thank you.
